Cookies All Over Cylinder Collector Cookie Jar with pretzel finial on lid. Well, pretzels are easier to eat than walnuts. Unknown maker…..the debate over this jar has gone on for a long time as to who made it. Its signed simply, “USA”, which leads many to believe it could have been made by Shawnee, perhaps McCoy or even American Bisque. Whoever made it did a fantastic job to in their own way copy the Los Angeles Pottery cookies all over jar and the Napco jar. Buy all three of these nice jars, Napco, LA Pottery and this one marked USA and set them together. Los Angeles Pottery Cheshire Cat Collector Cookie Jar. Great whimsical jar, great colors and motifs. Signed on the bottom by the artist “Laura Gates, Los Angeles Pottery”.  I really think the fish in the cat’s mouth is rather cute! Very large, heavy jar. Well made, exc color, no chips or cracks.
