One of our first sales when we launched this web site was to a girl who remembered a jar identicle to the one she purchased; it was always sitting on her granmother's washing machine when she visited. Metlox “Mona” Dinosaur, Collector Cookie Jar. Signed on the bottom, faintly (it won’t show up when photographed) “Metlox Calif USA by Vincent”. It also shows the copyright symbol, but the dates is faded and should say 1987 if it was visible. No chips, no cracks. Mint condition jar, never used. I am so pleased to be able to find so many of these vintage jars to offer you that have not been used, don’t have any cookie grease in them, etc. This is really a fine jar and is part of the trio; “Mona”, “Dino” and “T Rex”. If you have the other two, you can complete your set with this one! We also have “Dino” for sale. Take a look at this hard to find jar!! This highly collectable jar  is a very large and very cheerful. A must for collectors of Metlox, cookie jars and nursery rhyme jars. A great find!
