American Bisque “ABC” Chalkboard Clown Collector Cookie Jar

Аmerican Bisque “ABC” Chalkboard Clown Collector Cookie Jar. Fun, friendly, colorful jar! On the front above his chalkboard it says “don’t forget” while on the back it says “try mom’s cookies”., making for a more interesting jar. Again, a “baby boomer” jar, a jar many of us grew up with during a time when mom cared enough to bake real cookies! No chips (or chocolate chips, either, but includes a smidgen of the cookie grease from mom’s chocolate chips in the bottom), no cracks, no hairlines or other damage. Jar is in superb condition with the exception of some minor paint loss as seen on his face. Chalkboard is very clean very well displaying that it likely was never used. “Magnet” intact in upper right corner of chalkboard. Bottom side is marked “Patent Pending USA”, very typical mark for this jar. Wonderful jar, fantastic condition! Part of a series of “chalkboard” jars made by ABC. If you have the other three, complete your collection with this great jar, or, if you don’t have any of them, start your series collection with him! There’s a girl, a boy, and hobo in addition to this clown.  Since this is a cold-painted jar, we highly recommend purchasing one of our hand-made soft cloths.
