LITTLE BLACK GIRL COLLECTOR COOKIE JAR by SEARS ROEBUCK

~~RARE JAR~~ VERY HARD TO FIND JAR, LITTLE BLACK GIRL by SEARS ROEBUCK. MARKED ON UNDERSIDE “SEARS ROEBUCK 1978,  JAPAN”. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines. There are a couple of very small paint chips (seen on the right side of her in that photo showing her right side, 2 are near the very bottom)  in the pink as well as that the color is getting a bit “thin” around her shoulders from being  handled. This is a cold painted jar & was intended to be a cheap throw away. This is likely why she’s so hard to find these days in any sort of condition. Really a very attractive, poingnant jar. In sitting position holding a cookie in one hand, she’s sweet! Great decorator  jar for baby’s room!

This jar is so very difficult to find without a great deal of missing paint, esp the pink color! This one does have most of its original paint. The white spots / streaks are from camera flash unless stated otherwise.
